Practitioners Who Provide Massage Therapy in Langley

Throughout schooling, I received a multitude of wonderful different opportunities to practice my skills, working at GF Strong rehabilitation Centre in Vancouver, with the athletes at UBC, the hospice at Canuck Place, as well as the Multiple Sclerosis and Pregnancy inreach Program at the school.
As a teenager I used to swim competitively and have personal experience and familiarity with injuries commonly associated with the strain and overuse that is common in this sport. I have a special interest in Fibromyalgia and Chronic Pain; but am also trained to treat whiplash, repetitive strain injuries, sciatica and a multitude of other conditions.
Everyone’s body is unique, and stores stress in different areas of the body which can sometimes manifest as pain or dysfunction. Massage Therapy can help bring more awareness to your body and ultimately help you recognize the signs before they become a repetitive issue. As a proud Langley Massage Therapist, I love being able to help others and getting to know my clients to work with them in achieving their health goals.
